Meet Kristian
I am the heart behind Sound Foundations, where my lifelong passion for learning, healing, and connection comes together. After 30 years as an educator, I now serve as a curriculum consultant for a public charter school, continuing my dedication to growth and guidance.
Alongside my work in education, I am a Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Level 2 practitioner and a certified sound healing practitioner. I am deeply inspired by the transformative power of sound and energy to restore balance, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.
At home, I am a wife, a proud mother of three adult children, and a joyful grandmother. My life is also shared with two adorable dogs who bring daily grounding and unconditional love. Every experience I’ve gathered—both personal and professional—shapes the intentional, nurturing space I offer through sound healing.
Mission
Sound Foundations exists to harmonize mind, body, and spirit through the transformative blend of sound healing and Reiki. Our mission is to provide intentional, immersive experiences that ease tension, restore energetic balance, and support lasting well-being.
Through a heart-centered, holistic approach, we create a calming and supportive space where individuals can relax, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves. Using the healing power of sound, we guide clients toward inner clarity, emotional release, and a deeper sense of peace and transformation.
