Services
Sound Foundations Co. provides sound bath, meditation, relaxation, and wellness experiences designed to support general well-being. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients participate in sound bath sessions voluntarily and are responsible for informing the facilitator of any medical conditions, injuries, sensitivities, pregnancy, or other concerns that may affect their participation.
If you have a medical condition, use a pacemaker, experience epilepsy, or have concerns about participating in sound-based wellness activities, please consult your healthcare provider before attending a session
Participation
Bookings & Payments
Full payment or a deposit may be required to reserve your session or event date. All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Private sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.

Corporate and special event bookings may require additional notice and may be subject to separate cancellation terms outlined in the event agreement.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Sound Foundations Co.
By participating in any session, event, or service offered by Sound Foundations Co., you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and assume all risks associated with attendance. You agree to release and hold harmless Sound Foundations Co., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation, except where prohibited by law.
